Awakened Healing with Leslie

Leslie Reynolds is a practitioner of somatic and energetic integration, offering grounded, nervous system–focused care through Awakened Healing.

With a background in physiology, biomechanics, bodywork, Reiki, Qigong, Tai Qi, and holistic health coaching, Leslie brings a well-rounded and deeply attuned approach to her sessions. Over the years, her work has evolved from technique-driven practice into a refined focus on recalibration—supporting the body’s natural ability to reorganize and restore itself.

Rather than leading with modalities, Leslie leads with presence. Her sessions are designed to regulate the nervous system, unwind stored tension, and increase a client’s capacity for clarity, stability, and resilience. Clients often seek support for chronic tension, stress-related pain, inflammation, repetitive strain patterns, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions.

Awakened Healing offers two core sessions: a focused recalibration for maintenance and targeted support, and a deeper integration session for foundational reset and expanded capacity.

Leslie values simplicity, depth, and practical restoration. Her work is grounded in physiology and delivered with steady, attentive care.

Outside the studio, she can be found hiking the Carleton arboretum with her dog Indy, tending her hobby farm, and enjoying the Northfield community with her family.

L&L Wellness, Northfield, MN

L & L Wellness, LLC

Lindsay Tschida & Leslie Reynolds

Lindsay had long felt called to build community and create something that could help people feel better and live more fully. That vision aligned beautifully with a belief Leslie has carried throughout her years in health, wellness, and healing work: when people feel better, they tend to do better. And when they begin doing better, they often want to help the next person do the same. We need more of that in the world.

The idea to bring HOCATT to Northfield felt like nothing short of divine timing. What began as a conversation quickly became a shared vision, and before long, L&L Wellness was born.

As Lindsay and Leslie have experienced the technology themselves and incorporated it into their own wellness practices, their excitement about sharing it with others has only grown. Together, they hope to create a welcoming space where people can intentionally invest in themselves, explore new ways to support their overall well-being, and reconnect with what it feels like to truly enjoy living in their bodies and their lives.

At the heart of L&L Wellness is something beautifully simple: help people feel better, so they can live better, and let that ripple outward.

Modern Alchemy MN

Sher McClelland

I am an East Asian medicine licensed acupuncturist using alchemy, acupuncture and other East Asian medicine modalities in my healing practice. Alchemy is part of traditional East Asian medicine, but in the modern world it is currently pretty unique and I have been lucky enough to be participating in an apprenticeship since 2022 which has changed my life. It has changed my vision for how transformative traditional medicine, made for the modern world, can be. One life changed touches all the lives around in a beautiful way. Personally I have more ease and flow in my life, I connected with my next higher purpose as a healer, and I have more trust and faith every day that I can do hard things and stay on my best path.

My heart has forever been changed by alchemy which allowed me to align with my highest purpose to facilitate transformative change through modernized East Asian healing.

My current, Modern Alchemy Minnesota practice, includes alchemy, acupuncture, gua sha, moxa (moxabustion), cupping, qigong, and East Asian herbs
